Do you like Pankcakes ?

I guess your answer will probably be yess!!!

Whenever we talk about some healthy, delicious, and satisfying breakfasts, Fluffy Pancakes definitely comes in the list.

Nowadays, Oatmeal is my basic breakfast, because as you know it is easy making and also saves a lot of time. (ahhh hhann you can call me lazy)

But from two-three days, I am getting quite bored with that gluey and mushy Oatmeal. So I thought of something different.

Oats Pancakes??? Yass definitely

These Salty, Hot, Fluffy, and brown spongy Pancakes are not only healthy and delicious but also very easy and time-saving to make. (yea call me lazy)

Are you’re reading my all crap from starting? If you are going with my flow, you might definitely have got bored.

So, let’s drive through the recipe

Ingredients used to make this fluffy Oats Pancakes are:

  • Oats (2 cups)
  • Eggs (2)
  • Baking Powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Onion (chopped)
  • Tomato (chopped)
  • Oregano seasoning (1 tsp)
  • Salt, as per taste
  • Water, as per required

Take any Oats, I use Bagrry’s, grind it in the grinder/mixer (don’t grind too much to the powder)

Oats Pancakes

Mix all the ingredients to make a thick batter ( take a spoon of batter 5 inch above the bowl and make sure batter takes time to come down)

Take a pan, put it on the low flame and brush or spray the oil in the pan.

Take a scoop of batter, and pour in the pan

Flip it when the bubble holes occured in the pancakes and turn to nice warm brownish.

Cook bothside well

Spread your sauce in the pancakes and serve hot.
