now, I kinda like it, I dont know about you. hehe
Many Thing Changes during life, I would say everything.
Like, Today was my Birthday, Well thank you for the Wishes, But I didn’t feel a damn different or exciting about today. (maybe coz of the pandemic, i.e goin,on)
But as a kid, I remember, I used to very excited and can’t sleep one night before the Birthday.
When you grow up, you don’t give a damn about something you were very excited in your childhood.
I don’t know why, maybe now you know the reality of life Or you just forgot to find happiness in your life.
I really don’t know...
Ohhh I M SOorryy… I Just slipped out to completly different topic.
Usually, I don’t like soup much. Its been only a couple of weeks I am kinda finding Soups interesting.
So, Till now as you know this is an Eggplant and tomato soup. (I Swear it taste way better than it looks)
The Mild and pleasant taste of Eggplant when infused with the volatile aroma of tomato and onion, it makes the recipe luscious and delicious.
There is great participation of Cream and Soya sauce in this recipe. (You can Skip the Soya sauce if you want)
The ingredients you want for this recipe are:
- Eggplant (2 medium sizes)
- Tomato (6 big size tomato)
- Onion (1 big size onion)
- Ginger (1 big clove)
- Garlic (4 cloves)
- Green Chilli (3 Green chillies)
- Cream (4 tablespoons)
- Soya sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Roasted Cumin powder (1 tablespoon)
- Oregano seasoning
Cut the Eggplant, Tomatoes, Onion, ginger and garlic. Mix them with Oil and Oregano seasoning.
Put them in the Oven for 20 min.
After taking out from the Oven, Pour them in Grinding Jar.
Add Cream, Soya sauce, and green chillies and grind them in the fine paste
Then Pour them in a vessel, add water as per the consistency and cook it in a low flame for 10 min.
Add roasted Cumin Powder and Seasoned with Oregano.
